Purchasers: Need copy of receipt for purchased tickets?

  • First, the school or theatre should have another copy of your receipt, along with your name on a list of reservations.
  • Next, check your spam and trash folders!
  • If it isn't there, make sure you have the email address along with the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the reservation. Then click on this search link.
  • Note: The information may not be available at that location for up to a day after you purchased the tickets.
    If you have an urgent need for the receipt because the performance is today, send an email to receipts@seatyourself.biz from the same email address that you used to buy the tickets.
